    This program offers female young adults 16-25 a safe environment to explore career paths, learn job and life skills, and social responsibility. The program’s focus is driven by the meaning of Sankofa “go back to the past and bring forward that which is useful”. Participants will have an opportunity to trace their family lineage and learn their individual heritage via Genealogy and History research and family tree development. During the tenure of the program participants will have the ability to chose one of the following career training paths:

      • A+ Certification
      • Agriculture
      • Electrician
      • Hydraulics
      • HVAC
      • IT
      • Mechanics
      • Tax Preparation
      • Website Development and more

    The program will include travel to Africa and other countries, camping, fishing, hiking and more. Personal development focusing on communication and leadership, financial literacy, mindset and planning, networking, and resources. We provide participants support via educational training, events, mentorship, panel discussions, retreats, and support groups.
